Too Damn Hot
to blog today. Temperatures in the 100s, computer overheating, cats now measurable in yard-lengths.
We're all going out in the garden and turn on the hose and sit under it. Maybe it'll cool off some by evening.

PC - Hope the weather cools off for you soon! (I finally got the air conditioner in my car repaired! Wow! What a difference it makes. My car is a 20-year old Toyota Corolla and the mechanics had to replace some major part, but it has been worth the expense because now I can drive out to visit my Mom in Alhambra without being wrung out by the heat.)
Costco sells one of those tower-like fans that really works well. Have you seen them? There are two fans to a package - one small one for a bathroom and the big tall one for the rest of the house.
